We are a volunteer run organization that serves as the NRZ for the Sheldon Charter Oak neighborhood in Hartford, CT. Our board holds a public meeting the first Monday of every month from 5:30-7:00pm at the CREC Central Office at 111 Charter Oak Ave. All are welcome.
